ONE RECAP- MAGU DISTRICT
- The session started at around
8:30am
- Norms and house orders made prior
to the appointment of Chairperson and Time-keeper
- AIM OF THE TRAINING “ TO DEMAND,
USE AND ANALYZE DATA”
- The Training is Centered on the
clinical part of the Program which are the key persons to
DEMAND and USE DATA and INFORMATION (Clinicians/Doctors)
- At 9:20am, a Pre-test was done of
about 20minutes
- A note was given, “The FIRST
STAKEHOLDERS are YOU & ME who attend the Patient hence raise up some
DEMAND to evaluate our improvements in the course of our services
- We did some exercises with the
following experiences from various sites:-
- The reports are not accurately
reviewed
- The information is not shared
- Still collaboration is poor
amongst the clinicians and data clerks
- An advice was given that we use
graphical mode of receiving data/information
- Who is to make decision at our
facilities:- all data/information users
- Death, LTF : why? This affect the
retention rate
- Most of clinicians are not
empowered to understand the CTC 2 database
- At 3:35pm, a group discussion was
conducted District-wise comparing % enrolled, %on ART, % death
and %LTF in one full year
- Then at 4pm we broke for afternoon
tea as WE
